Enterprise AI Pty Ltd has become aware of a fraudulent entity falsely claiming to operate as “Enterprise AI” and misusing our company name and Australian Business Number (ABN). This scam entity is not associated with Enterprise AI Pty Ltd in any way.

What the scam involves

The fraudulent party may:

• Claim to be “Enterprise AI” or a related trading entity

• Misuse our company name and/or ABN

• Promote investment, trading, AI, or financial products

• Contact individuals via email, messaging platforms, or fake websites

Enterprise AI Pty Ltd does not offer investment schemes, trading platforms, or financial products of this nature.

How to identify our legitimate business

Enterprise AI Pty Ltd operates exclusively under:

• Website: https://enterpriseaigroup.com

• Email: only addresses ending in @enterpriseaigroup.com

Any website, email address, or communication outside these domains is not legitimate.

What we are doing

• This matter has been reported to ASIC, Scamwatch, the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), and relevant international authorities

• Takedown requests have been issued to hosting, domain, and platform providers

• We are cooperating fully with regulators and enforcement agencies

If you have been contacted by or interacted with this scam entity:

• Do not send money or personal information

• Report the incident to your local consumer protection authority
